The 5 Podcasts Every Millennial Needs To Listen To Get Ahead

I’m going to say this right now: I feel like I was not late to the podcast game, but I was definitely hesitant of it.
I’d heard of podcasts years and years ago but I never really understood why anyone would choose to listen to podcasts over watching a YouTube videos or reading blog posts. Today, I’m happy to say I’m a full convert. I love podcasts – even more than the beauty YouTube videos I used to binge every weekend.
ese are the 5 podcasts I feel that have had the most influential impact on me. You’ll notice when going through the list that these podcasts have a few things in common:

1. They are all lead by women who know how to get ahead in life.
2. They are all extremely long and detailed.
3. These podcasts are for people who want to get ahead in life with actionable steps.

The Blogging Diaries: 4th Time’s The Charm

Why, hello there!

This is a new series I will be starting on MLA about my personal development through my blogging journey. I am not one to start blog about blogging but one of my favourite bloggers, Sam Brown from Smart Twenties, talks about how blogging can be used as a tool for personal development – and I completely agree. Like any other new experience, it’s something that will change and evolve, and help me grow as a blogger and person.

Hi there!
My name is Kimberly and I'm from Vancouver, BC. I started MLA as a way to share and help millennials through adulthood and the whole adulting process.
In this blog, you'll find real and honest examples of how I'm navigating adulthood. I've read a lot of content about growing up, but I have found it hard to find real-life examples of how to apply this advice.
So I created MLA as a space to share all the lessons of becoming an adult - on a budget! I hope you find this helpful and feel free to keep in touch at kimberly[at]millenniallifeadmin.com.
Lastly, if you’re looking for ways to further connect, I hope you’ll consider joining the MLA Newsletter!
